The work:

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Print Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting various print solutions, including MyQ, Equitrac, and print servers. This role requires a strong understanding of printer configurations, server management, and user administration.

Key Responsibilities:

MyQ:

•            Configure printers and embedded terminals.

•            Manage administrator user settings.

•            Handle password and PIN management.

•            Configure terminal keys.

•            Oversee server management and MyQ Easy Config.

•            Create and manage reports.

•            Manage MyQ server certificates.

•            Troubleshoot single and multiple MyQ issues and perform log analysis.

Equitrac:

•            Configure printers and embedded terminals.

•            Troubleshoot problems and perform log analysis.

•            Manage user settings.

•            Handle Equitrac certificate management.

Print Server:

•            Configure printers and ports.

•            Manage drivers, including whitelisting.

•            Troubleshoot print server issues.

•            Clean up entries and configure default settings.

•            Troubleshoot issues with KYOCERA Net Viewer.

•            Configure Active Directory.

•            Control and clean up printers and print groups.

Printer Web Interface (Kyocera, Lexmark, HP):

•            Configure and troubleshoot printer settings.

PAM:

•            Troubleshoot request problems and perform log analysis.

•            Configure internal administrator user settings.

•            Generate and manage reports.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• At least 2-3 years’ of experience in Print Server and Print Application Management
• Proven experience in print support and management.
• Strong knowledge of MyQ, Equitrac, and print server configurations.
• Experience with KYOCERA Net Viewer and other printer management tools.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and printer web interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
